excellent stay near the seafront

fresh breakfast great host
the cooked breakfast was fresh and very tasty. i counted over twelve cereal choices. caroline is a great host and we recommend a stay with her and rosie.
some guests slammed doors . i noticed a bit of noise early in the morning.

Charming stay near the sea

fresh fruit excellent selection very nice dining room
I found the breakfast selection excellent with many choices. There were over twelve cereal options available.. also fresh fruit was provided. The dining room was very nice for breakfast, a great start to the day. Caroline and Rosie were very cute too.
I did notice doors were occasionally slammed by other guests. It was slightly disturbing.

The hotel benefits from a quiet location near the sea. A short walk took me to the seafront, that was just a couple of minutes. I reached a typical seaside town with lots to do after a short walk.

Off-street parking is available. There's space for four cars. The hotel is dog friendly, Caroline treated the dogs like they were her own. Rosie is Caroline's dog and is a great little girl, who is playful.

Breakfast included tea, coffee, and juice in addition to cereals. Fresh fruit, toast, jam, and marmalade were also on offer. Caroline's cooked breakfast was delicious and all fresh, that was lovely.

Excellent stay

fresh ingredients comprehensive breakfast
The breakfast selection was comprehensive and catered to various dietary needs. I especially appreciated the freshness of ingredients (the eggs were from a local farm!).
I could hear doors close rather loudly at times, it was somewhat disruptive.

Caroline and Rosie were very cute. I could take my own dog. The room was big enough for his bed so we were both comfortable.
